What is Creative Coaching?

Creative coaching is an arts-based learning approach that helps children build social, emotional and communication skills, and overall confidence.

Through guided, creative activities, kids are able to express their thoughts and feelings in an engaging and low-pressure way. From there, I support them in navigating social situations regulating their emotions as they come and go.

This approach is especially helpful for kids who struggle to express themselves, or who struggle to communicate in general. I help kids who would benefit from creative and non-traditional support, including neurodivergent learners

Creative Coaching isn’t therapy. Rather than processing trauma, I help students learn to communicate in day-to-day life, through guided creative activities, practical skill-building, and supportive coaching. Sessions focus on helping children express themselves, navigate emotions, and build confidence in real-life situations.

I am not providing therapy or art therapy, diagnosing, or treating mental health conditions. I help kiddos learn social and emotional skills with an engaging arts-based approach.
